About Us

 Ray Gordon brings 15 years of excellence working with athletes and athletic programs in Palm Beach County, focusing on holistic athlete success and community outreach. Beginning in 2008 as the General Manager of the Palm Beach Makos Adult Amateur Football team, he was fully immersed in team management and football administration on and off the field. As a community supporter, he received the Presidential Service Award for his many involvements in giving back to the local community. This outreach continued with Ray's participation with the Miami Dolphins organization's Gameday Outreach initiatives. In 2019, he became the Director of Football operations at a local high school, and in 2023, expanded his influence as the Assistant Director of Basketball operations, partaking in the team winning the State Championship. Through these experiences, he has created a program that offers a variety of services including player development, personnel, recruiting, mentoring, and more.
